Our home got a lot of views and James was very skillful in negotiating a great purchase offer for us. Unfortunately the house needed new pipes which caused delays and there were complications about the survey. Each of these could have derailed the deal but James used great tact and called upon his career’s worth of contacts to move the two big issues forward. He kept us informed every step of the way. We’re convinced a less experienced and less connected agent would not have held it together to closing.
