Olivia strengthens our active sales team and the promotion of your home through the expertise she offers in marketing and communications. A South Carolinian since early childhood, she earned a BA in Marketing and Communications from Furman University. Olivia is responsible for creating cohesive and powerful marketing materials and online content to aggressively and effectively promote all of The Wedgeworth Team’s properties as well as branded collateral to represent The Wedgeworth Team and Charter One Realty.
She plans memorable and well executed special events for clients and agents. Olivia is also responsible for managing the team’s email marketing, digital marketing, social media and website – always with an eye toward exhausting every effort to showcase The Wedgeworth Team’s listings.
A resident of Bluffton’s charming Old Town area, Olivia relishes living and working in the Hilton Head area and is a graduate of Leadership Hilton Head, a program of the Hilton Head Island – Bluffton Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, she finds joy in her faith, family, friends and the outdoors.
The exhilaration of a trip to the mountains, exploring new cities, skiing out West, scenic hikes and evenings with friends around a fire are a few of her favorite things. As a certified stand up paddleboarding instructor, Olivia has soaked in the beauty of Hilton Head’s breathtaking sunsets while on the water countless times, a thrill she never tires of savoring or sharing.
