As with any consumer product or service, the true testament of a real estate agent is the level of repeat business that an agent and his team achieve. Over the past thirteen years (2004 – 2017) my wife and I have completed six transactions with Mr. James Wedgeworth and his team of professionals. I, therefore, have absolutely no hesitation in awarding 5 stars to The Wedgeworth Team. They are quite literally, “as good as it gets”. Without hesitation, I would award them in excess of five (5) stars and would gladly do so. From the beginning to end, James and his team did everything possible to support us in the decisions for both purchasing (3 homes) and the selling (3 homes) of multiple properties. James is professional, hard-working, market knowledgeable, friendly and caring. James supported and guided us through each transaction with both integrity and sincerity. He gave us the benefit of his expertise and knowledge (without ever applying any pressure). We were always made to feel that our happiness was the most important thing to him and his team (David and Guy), and I really believe that’s true. Many of our purchases were far from simple and there were many hurdles along the way, but James always navigated us through every problem with professionalism and grace. Thanks to James, we now own our next family vacation home and we couldn’t be happier!
