What is Listing Delay and how does it affect you as a buyer or a seller?
Listing Delay or a “Coming Soon” listing, is not open to the public. Only MLS Realtors have access to listings under the “Listing Delay” status. The only way to know about these off-market listings is to contact your local Real Estate agent.
If you’re a buyer and you’re looking for a property that’s not on the market, be sure to connect with us and we may can connect you with an off-market listing. If you’re a seller and you’re not quite ready to list to the open market for a variety of reasons, not ready for photos, doing repairs, etc, this might be a good option for you.
